Influences: Too many to mention. I grew up listening to music at a young age. Pretty much everyday we had something
on: Lionel Richie, Michael Oldfield, Waltor Carlos, The Beatles. I listened to a lot of hip hop in the early 90s, went into
a more industrial avenue, picked up idm, then moved into edm with dnb in the mid 90s. I have always loved ambient music including:
brain eno, future sounds of london, techno animal, autechre. This ambient love helped to fuel my interest in the melodic
side of trance. Hip hop helped me to develop a love for good rhythm and funkiness.
My style: I play a little of everything. A few years ago I would have said I was just a trance dj. Now I say I play
good edm. There is too much good music being produced to stick to one genre. In a set I'll move around from melodic trance,
techy stuff, house, and deep progressive tracks. There is no recipe for success. If you know good music when you hear it,
just play it!
